Three Arctic regions. One stage.
NOICE! returns on International Inuit Day with artists from Kalaallit Nunaat, Nunavut, and Nunavik on one stage. The night opens with a traditional ceremony, introduces one of the most promising new voices on the Greenlandic music scene, brings a dance party with music from the Kivalliq region, and closes with one of the most iconic names in all of Inuit music.
At Club SAW in Arts Court, as part of Ottawa's 200th anniversary celebrations. Bilingual Inuktitut/English programming.
Tickets are $40. At checkout you can add a sponsored community ticket — $20 helps an Inuit community member who'd otherwise be priced out get in the door. Add one or more and you're entered in a draw for a pair of hand-sewn sealskin mitts.

Beatrice Deer
HeadlinerTwo decades in, Beatrice Deer is one of the most iconic names in Inuit music — the name most associated with “Inuindie,” throat singing threaded through indie rock, sung in Inuktitut, English and French. She closes the night with her full band.
